1. List the changes that were made to the model's face in the computer. (Look carefully)
They made the models lips bigger, her neck longer, her face more skinny, and wider eyes.
2. Is it ethically acceptable to change a person's appearance like this in a photo? Why or why not?
I would say no
3. Are there circumstances in which it would be more ethically wrong to do this type of manipulation?
Because that's not how she really looks like and they make others think it is so they can get more people to buy there product.
4. What types of changes are OK, and what aren't?
Like in photojournalism, making a background blurry or just focusing in something it is okay. Changing the way people look isn't.
5. Explain what you think the differences are between fashion photography and photojournalism.
In fashion photography they do alot of editing like changing the models face making her skin/face look better. Photojournalism your just leaving the photo how it is but just making little differences.
6. What relationship does each type of photography have to reality, and how does this affect the ethical practice of each? They both change how something actually looks like, in photojournalism somethings are blurry or brighter but in person they might not and in fashion they make things look better.
